ALL goods remain the property of Starlight Dancewear, until they are paid for in full.

Order quantities: There is no minimum order quantity.

Payment: Payment can be made online by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card.

Postage costs: Costs of postage from Starlight Dancewar is £3.95 standard Royal Mail . 

Prices: ALL prices are subject to change without notice.

Footwear: If trying on footwear that you purchase from us please ensure that you use tissue paper under the footwear to protect the soles from marks or scuffs. Any footwear returned with marks or scuffs to the soles or damage to the boxes will not be accepted back into stock for refund.

Undergarments inc stockings & tights: These items are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery: Orders despatched via mail standard Royal mail in most cases Royal Mail 48hr. If for any reason the item cannot be delivered and a signature obtianed & the goods are returned to ourselves, Starlight Dancewear are not liable for the cost of re-delivery. If & where possible, please advise us of an alternative delivery address.

Stocked items: We normally despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. You will always receive your goods within seven (10) days; not including bespoke items.

Back orders & out of stock items: We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with us within 30 days of receiving the order.  

Exchanges: To Exchange an item for another size we adivse cuatomers to return the items and re order the correct size they require again. All exchange items must be accompanied by the original Order Number on which the goods were purchased, including your name & address. 

Non-delivery: Advice of non-delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven (7) days, otherwise goods are deemed to have arrived. Email notification of non-delivery is acceptable providing this is sent to us from the contact

Returns perfect goods **

Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 0766146943 BEFORE returning any items. Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as a customer you have a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of seven business days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify Starlight Dancewear that you wish to cancel your contract with us & a full refund be given. Return delivery costs back to Starlight Dancewear shall be borne by you, the customer.

Returns faulty goods: Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 07966146943 BEFORE returning any items. Worn garments must be washed in the interests of hygiene. Return postage back to 

Items that we can not accept back in to stock: Items not in their original condition:

  • Incorrectly washed garments

  • Made to order items

  • Special order items

  • Reduced or sale items

  • & due to health & hygiene reasons; Underwear, Opened tights & or packets
